Evening Program:

6:00 PM- Learn about the Manden culture with a video presentation highlighting the history of Mandingo Empire, the art and social structure, and the African-Brazilian Diaspora.

7:00 PM – Move and dance to West African rhythms and music used in cultural events such as marriage, harvest, and gatherings. Beginning with Brazilian Biomusic warm up exrcises by Luis Kinugawa.

8:00 PM – Taste the flavors of Guinea with a traditional West African meal prepared by Fanta Konatê
